    Specially created to celebrate the inaugural British Watchmaker's Day, each Ocean-Scout BWD Arctic Dive Watch is paired with a stainless steel bracelet, a versatile nylon strap and a luxurious leather strap.

    True explorers don’t let the weather deter them from adventure, even when winter transforms the world into a frozen wonderland. The quietness of the freezing landscapes deserves to be punctuated by the soft crunch of boots on frozen grounds and freshly fallen snow. Inspired by the notion of winter exploration, we are excited to introduce two new frost-inspired designs to Geckota's best-selling Ocean Scout collection.

    With particular attention paid to the pure white, textured dial contrasting brilliantly against its black-outlined markers and black unidirectional bezel, the Geckota Ocean-Scout Arctic Dive watch is a truly eye-catching timepiece. An expertly executed 316L stainless steel case has been built for endurance, whilst the removal of crown guards pays homage to classic dive watches. An anti-reflective sapphire box crystal further enhances the vintage aesthetic. Featuring lugs shaped to accommodate both steel and leather straps whilst particular attention has been paid to how a military Nylon strap fits around the watch. A 60-minute diving bezel reinforces the watch's 200m water-resistant capability.

    It features a classic 3, 6, and 9 dial design, perfectly complementing the simplistic look of the dial. The raised hour-markers, whether that is numeral or baton, are equipped with blue glow BGW9 Super Luminova – low-legibility will never be an issue. Sword hands complement the vintage theme established by the crown and box crystal, whilst a minute track circumnavigates the dial with the second's hand planned to the perfect length; just contacting the track.

    Not only are the hour-markers equipped with GW9 Super Luminova, but it also accompanies the sword hands and the bezel pip. This specific compound of luminescence remains stark white in daylight, contributing to the sophisticated and clean look of the dial and producing a blue glow during twilight hours when fully charged. The lume perfectly complements the overall appearance of the watch, adding to the winter-inspired design.

    At the heart of the Ocean-Scout timepiece beats the automatic Miyota 9039 movement, representing the pinnacle of Miyota's Premium series. This exceptionally adept calibre boasts 24 meticulously crafted jewels, Parashock protection, a commendable 42-hour power reserve, and a projected accuracy ranging from -10 to +30 seconds per day. Safeguarded by a custom-engraved case back adorned with the distinctive compass logo of the Ocean-Scout and a distinctive limited edition serial number, this movement remains concealed within its chamber, a testament to both its precision and exclusivity.
