We are certain that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if there is a problem and you need to return an item, don't worry; we have been selling online for over a decade and have a return policy.


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we follow the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to protect you.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 90 days of receiving it. You can return the item unused for a refund or exchange.

We do reserve the right to charge a handling fee if the items are returned to us after the stipulated delivery period has passed. Additionally, according to regulations, we may deduct from your refund if the value of the items has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than required. However, we want to assure you that you can handle the products in the same way as you would if you were evaluating them at a store. We understand that returning an item can sometimes be a hassle, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. However, any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. This means that you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.


We understand that you may be eager to get your refund as soon as possible, and we want to assure you that we are working hard to process your refund as quickly as possible. We ask that you please wait up to 21 days for the processing of your refund. However, in most cases, refunds are processed far more quickly than that.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. This means that the refund will be credited to the same card, PayPal account or other payment method that you used when placing the order. Once the refund is processed, it may take an additional few days for the funds to be available in your account, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Will I get reimbursed for my original shipping costs?

We understand that you may have incurred shipping costs when placing your order and that you may have been expecting to be reimbursed for those costs. Unfortunately, for orders placed outside of the United Kingdom, any shipping fees for the initial order are not refundable.

We understand that you may be wondering about taxes and duties that were applied at checkout when you made your purchase, and whether those will be refunded when you return the item. Unfortunately, if you choose to return an item, we will only be able to refund you the purchase price of the item. Any taxes and duties applied at checkout are not refundable.
