The Stanway is made from genuine Italian suede leather from the Opera tannery in the heart of Tuscany, which has been operating for more than three decades. They’re one of the best tanneries in the world, and as a result, the strap is soft and pliable from the outset.

Let's also mention the lining, which is Zermatt calf leather from Tanneries Haas in France, who have been tanning leather since 1842. Zermatt is a mineral-tanned calfskin in the top grade and is hypoallergenic and exceptionally smooth, perfect for a watch strap lining and used by many high-end brands.
