Following feedback from our customers, we have recently made some improvements to the way we ship items to Italy. This is due to an increasing number of delays and lost items reported to us by customers in Italy when we have shipped using standard airmail.

We have listened to your feedback and after evaluating various options we have partnered with UPS to provide a fully tracked and very fast delivery service, normally within 1-2 working days from receipt of your despatch email confirmation.

Advanced delivery options are also available by downloading the UPS My Choice app on your phones app store.
For orders under £100 (€110*), there is a small delivery charge of £9.99 (€10.99*). For any orders over this amount, good news! Your delivery is on us, it's absolutely FREE!

If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days (this has now been extended to 90 days during the COVID-19 pandemic) and our team will give you instructions on how to return your item to the following address:
